There are many species of bird in the St Lucia area. We don’t know the names of many of them.

There are some amazing views from hilltops.

South Africa has two types of monkey the vervet monkey and the samango monkey. Male vervet monkeys have a very distinctive red willy and blue scrotum. There was a troup of samango monkey living around the lodge. They are always around at breakfast time trying to steal food.
